Andrew A. Pineiro earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 1992 from the College of Business Administration. Mr. Pineiro continued his education at St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Mr. Pineiro concentrates his practice in the area of banking law, bank litigation, bank foreclosures, construction lien foreclosures, real property litigation, contract litigation, general collections, and landlord/tenant law.

Mr. Pineiro is a member of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court – Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s North County Section (former President).

Barry B. Byrd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stetson University, cum laude in 1977. Mr. Byrd earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law in 1979. Mr. Byrd is a member of The Florida Bar and is a specialist in various aspects of real estate law, having received Board Certification in Real Estate from The Florida Bar. Mr. Byrd concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions including financing, title examination, and title insurance; lender representation and banking; 1031 tax deferred exchanges; purchase and sales of businesses; entity formations; and general corporate governance matters. Mr. Byrd is an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Byrd is a member of the Florida Bar and has been involved with numerous civic organizations in Palm Beach County, including the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce (former President and Director); Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (former Director); Marine Life Center of Juno Beach (former Director and Chairman of Board); Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County (former Director); Boys & Girls Club of Riviera Beach (former Director, Treasurer, and Chairman of Board); Abacoa Partnership for Community (former Director and Chairperson); and MI Developments Inc., a global real estate development public company registered on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange (former Director). Mr. Byrd currently serves as a Director of the National Conference on Citizenship, a federally chartered nonprofit organization.

Alison earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Seton Hill University, in Greensburg, PA where she was a four year starter on the Varsity volleyball team. She was graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI.

Alison’s legal practice includes, real estate closings, general real estate matters, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.

She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and serves on the Real Estate Committee. She is on the Advisory Council for the Quantum House and is also an affiliate member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors.

Triniti has been assisting our staff and lawyers in the law practice for several years. She’s no stranger to complex legal cases and has valuable client following. She can also be found around the office providing smiles to anyone who visits the office.
