Andrew A. Pineiro earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 1992 from the College of Business Administration. Mr. Pineiro continued his education at St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996.
Mr. Pineiro concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, including contracts, real property, business, construction lien law, foreclosures, collections, and landlord/tenant law. In addition, Mr. Pineiro practices in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death, including automobile negligence and premises liability cases.
Mr. Pineiro is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s North County Section (former President and Director). In addition, Mr. Pineiro is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Jupiter/Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.
Barry B. Byrd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida, cum laude in 1977. Mr. Byrd continued his education by earning his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1979. Mr. Byrd is a specialist in various aspects of real estate law, having received Board Certification in Real Estate from The Florida Bar. In addition to all areas of real estate transactions, Mr. Byrd concentrates in the areas of financing, leasing and development; title examination and title insurance; construction lien law; zoning; lender representation and banking; purchase and sale of businesses; commercial transactions and contracts; 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges; and entity and corporate representation.
Over his career, Mr. Byrd has represented public entities in governmental, administrative, business and real estate matters. In the course of such representation, Mr. Byrd’s areas of practice include all aspects of special district representation, such as matters of: public financing; legislative amendments of district charters; drafting administrative rules; sunshine law; public employee law; contracts; lien rights and procedures.
Mr. Byrd is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Byrd has been involved with numerous civic organizations in Palm Beach County, including the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce (former President and Director); Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (former Director); Marine Life Center of Juno Beach (former Director and Chairman of Board); Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County (former Director); Boys & Girls Club of Riviera Beach (former Director, Treasurer and Chairman of Board); Abacoa Partnership for Community (Director and Chairperson).
Mr. Byrd also serves as the Secretary and a Director of the National Conference on Citizenship, a Federally chartered nonprofit organization, and formerly was a Director of MI Developments Inc., a global real estate development public company registered on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
