Mr. Pineiro continued his education at St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Barry B. Byrd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stetson University, cum laude in 1977. Mr. Byrd earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law in 1979. Mr. Byrd is a member of The Florida Bar and is a specialist in various aspects of real estate law, having received Board Certification in Real Estate from The Florida Bar. Mr. Byrd concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions including financing, title examination, and title insurance; lender representation and banking; 1031 tax deferred exchanges; purchase and sales of businesses; entity formations; and general corporate governance matters. Mr. Byrd is an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.<\/p>\n
Mr. Byrd is a member of the Florida Bar and has been involved with numerous civic organizations in Palm Beach County, including the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce (former President and Director); Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (former Director); Marine Life Center of Juno Beach (former Director and Chairman of Board); Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County (former Director); Boys & Girls Club of Riviera Beach (former Director, Treasurer, and Chairman of Board); Abacoa Partnership for Community (former Director and Chairperson); and MI Developments Inc., a global real estate development public company registered on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange (former Director). Alison\u2019s legal practice includes, real estate closings, general real estate matters, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.<\/p>\n
She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and serves on the Real Estate Committee. She is on the Advisory Council for the Quantum House and is also an affiliate member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors.<\/p>\n
